Each person's journey through life is unique, and every meditation is designed to lead the individual through their personal discoveries.
In my work as a mentor, I feel that the most profound awakenings and energy shifts come through personal experience. Knowledge and information can direct the mind but belief only comes through experience. This is what makes the meditative journey so powerful and lasting.

Each Meditative Journey call will consist of a 30 minute guided Meditative Journey, followed by the sharing of the experience.
